How do I convert the content of a Messenger message to ‘real’ Time Matters record?

Creating record from a Messenger –
On the TM Messenger screen, highlight the desired message:
File > New Record > any record type. The associated record form opens.
Note: The message text is automatically populated into the opened record form.
Enter any other information required.
Click Save & Close.
