Time Matters 12 is experiencing a conflict between the TM Messenger service and the TM Save add-in for Microsoft Office.
If the Microsoft Office file remains open when using the TM Save feature, the TM Messenger service may fail.
This is targeted to be addressed in the next Time Matters service pack release.
