Do you have a library of scanned or PDF documents that are not text searchable? In other words, they don’t come up in your results when searching? You may produce PDFs that are searchable but what about from other sources (Email attachments, E-fax, CD)?
Trumpet, Inc. has released Symphony OCR for the windows folder structure. S-OCR constantly scans all document locations looking for image or PDF documents that need to be OCRed, and OCRs them in the background, making them searchable.
